Planned Giving

In making a planned gift to the Victim Rights Law Center, you are ensuring that the VRLC will always be a resource for rape and sexual assault victims. A lasting legacy that will make a fundamental difference in our community can truly be accomplished through planned giving.

Bequests are one of the simplest ways to make a planned gift. As a donor, you can designate a specific amount or percentage of your estate to the VRLC.

Another simple way to include the VRLC in your planned giving is by making the VRLC a partial or full beneficiary of a 401K, IRA, pension fund, other retirement plan or life insurance policy. Income and estate tax savings are a wonderful benefit of planned giving for the VRLC.
