The VRLC Technical Assistance Library gives you access to information and tips on all of the VRLC's practice areas, including education, public benefits, safety planning, victims who are minors, victims who are non-citizens, LGBT issues, and more. The library features VRLC-created resources from past and current trainings, as well as materials from our partners, collaborators and allies. (All non-VRLC produced documents are posted with the authors' permission.)

Because this library is intended only for OVW grantees and sub-grantees, those who are interested will need to be assigned a VRLC-authorized username and password.  To learn more, email us at VRLCLibrary@victimrights.org.
