Welcome to the Victim Rights Law Center's Training & Technical Assistance Program online!
Please use the menu at the right or the link(s) below to access helpful documents, tool kits and our Technical Assistance Library.
The VRLC Technical Assistance Library gives you access to information and tips on all of the VRLC's practice areas, including education, public benefits, safety planning, victims who are minors, victims who are non-citizens, LGBT issues, and more. The library features VRLC-created resources from past and current trainings, as well as materials from our partners, collaborators and allies. (All non-VRLC produced documents are posted with the authors' permission.)
